Fair use

Plans assume normal small-business call patterns. Sustained traffic above 3× the included minutes triggers a courtesy review and a tier upgrade conversation, not an immediate cutoff. We never throttle without telling you first.

Prohibited use

• Outbound robocalling or telemarketing campaigns
• Use as a frontend for fraud, harassment, or evading consumer protection laws
• Recording calls in jurisdictions where two-party consent is required, without securing it
• Resale without a signed reseller agreement
